Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from debtors
- Conduct debtor trace and locate efforts using advanced search engines
- Establish and document payment arrangements with debtors
- Identify and escalate priority issues
Requirements
- Must have 5 (plus) years of commercial collection experience
- Must know federal/ state laws and regulations (i.e, FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, ect.)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Collector's license, with the ability to be licensed across the country
- Ability to meet and exceed recovery targets as set out by the company
