Collector I - Cadence Bank : Job Details

Ensure that the credit and collection policies and procedures of the Bank best serve the organization and its customers. Perform collection duties personally or through subordinates and/or vendors. Oversee collections staff and provide leadership and guidance. Ensure strict compliance with State and Federal credit and collection rules and regulations in all collection practices. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that credit and collection policies, procedures, practices, and documentation meet federal and state regulations. Assign, monitor and supervise the work load in the Collections Department via staff and vendor management to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of work. Ensure the courteous and considerate interface with customers at all times. Reviews collection reports to ascertain status of collections and balances outstanding and to evaluate effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures.
