Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and body shop technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great collision experience and understanding their needs.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule repair for customers, either in person or over the phone
- Communicate with customers to determine the nature of their repair needs.
- Ensure that the required documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
- Photograph the vehicle to support the damage for insurance.
- Update clients on the progress of the repair and its status accordingly.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
- Evaluate the vehicle thoroughly to determine the extent of damage and the need for repairs.
- Prepare estimates following Insurance partner and company guidelines.
- Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Collision manager.
