Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed
- Prepare detailed repair estimates, considering both parts and labor costs
- Collaborate with customers, insurance agents, and internal teams to explain estimates and repair processes
- Maintain accurate records of repair orders, updates, and related communications
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure repairs are performed efficiently and to high standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in collision repair techniques
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Collision Estimator or in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Proficiency in estimating software and familiarity with industry-specific tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
