In this role, you'll be the architect of their color story. You'll establish and enforce procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality color across all our Private Brand products. From crafting a comprehensive Color Standard Operating Procedure Manual to overseeing color management systems, you'll be the go-to expert for all things color.

Here's a glimpse into what you'll do:

• Leverage your 5+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of color standards and theory to guide our color direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential color concerns early in the design and development process.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners like mills, suppliers, and color specialists, ensuring clear communication and color consistency.
• Analyze color data and develop innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay ahead of the curve by attending industry shows and incorporating the latest trends into our color palettes.
• Train team members on color theory and best practices, empowering them to make informed color decisions.

To be successful, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, textile science, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• A strong understanding of woven and knit materials, dyeing and finishing processes, print and pattern design, and textile manufacturing.
• Experience managing color projects and ensuring adherence to established standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
