THE POSITION:

Actively seeking a Commercial Appraiser or a Trainee in Jersey Village. Our client is growing and needs to hire a licensed commercial appraiser. The ideal candidate is an experienced Certified General Appraiser or a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser or appraiser Trainee. • Fluent with appraisal report writing software
• Measuring buildings
• Analytical and Time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Compiling and writing sales data
• Report Writing
• Conduct property inspections
• Analyze Area, Market, and Neighborhood Analysis
• Complete work using Microsoft Office Suite, perform technical writing, and use of Business Mathematics

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Certified General Appraiser, Real Estate Appraiser, or Trainee
• Experienced Appraisers are ideal
• Candidates with a compelling interest in Commercial Appraisal are encouraged to apply
