What You'll Do
  • Lead Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring Hudson Yards maintains its impeccable reputation.

  • Drive Financial Performance: Manage accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and budget forecasting with precision.
  • Support Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance, oversee tenant permits, and maintain a safe, world-class property.
  • Optimize Facilities: Lead inspections, coordinate maintenance, and manage vendor partnerships to maintain Hudson Yards' pristine standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budget preparation.
  • Strong understanding of property management systems and software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements, including DOB and FDNY standards.
  • Experience managing vendor contracts, maintenance operations, and tenant services.
  • Ability to oversee building systems, including inspections, repairs, and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to handle tenant issues professionally and diplomatically.
  • Experience supervising administrative and operational staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to oversee multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset for addressing operational challenges and tenant concerns.
