As a Commercial Banker on the Healthcare Services, Emerging Middle Market Banking team, you will be responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries specializing in Healthcare Services.
The Healthcare Services team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank in its Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group. In this role you will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships with the world's most innovative companies. We work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to deliver the entire firm to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Proactively pursue new client relationships with emerging middle market healthcare delivery platformsReview and respond to inquiries from clients regarding treasury and creditActs as a conduit to the full capabilities and resources of J.P. Morgan Chase for clients and prospectsChampion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindsetStay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnershipsFind ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologiesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
5+ years with above average performance results in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experienceUnderstanding of Commercial Banking products and servicesAbility to mobilize internal networks and resourcesDemonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goalsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and conciselyStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partnersPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
