- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, specializing in data centers.
- Manage job site activities, including scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any design or construction challenges.
- Monitor project costs and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.
Construction Superintendent Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. At least 5 years Data Center experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in data center construction and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems as they relate to data centers.
- Proficient in construction management software, such as Procore or Bluebeam.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently.
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
