Known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Drywall Superintendent to join our team and lead our crews to success. Position Overview: The Commercial Drywall Superintendent will oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of drywall experience and a proven track record of leadership in the construction industry. Salary Range:$78,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise drywall crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Oversee all phases of drywall installation, including framing, hanging, taping, and finishing.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure job site coordination.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Problem-solve and adapt to project challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide clear direction and maintain open communication with the team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in drywall construction (commercial projects preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques related to drywall construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Proficient with project management software and basic computer skills.
