Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator with a solid background in commercial and industrial construction to join our team. This vital role involves preparing accurate, detailed project bids and ensuring the successful execution of various commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative projects while collaborating with a team dedicated to excellence.Qualifications:Required Experience:At least one year of estimating experience with a General Contractor in the commercial construction sector, with a preference for experience in industrial and commercial buildings.Essential Skills:Proficiency in PlanSwift, Procore, Primavera P6, BuildingConnected, and Sage 300.Experience Level:A minimum of six years of estimating experience, ideally with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Key Responsibilities:Develop accurate, detailed estimates for various commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.Collaborate with the Director of Estimating to review, finalize, and present bids and budgets.Perform constructability reviews with clients and architects to improve project feasibility and ensure seamless design integration.Actively contribute during the preconstruction phase by monitoring cost trends and supporting value engineering initiatives.Coordinate with project management teams to ensure alignment of construction schedules and logistical planning.MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
