Job Overview:A distinguished law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to enhance its commercial loan workout and foreclosure practice. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of commercial mortgage foreclosure and relevant litigation processes, specifically in New Jersey.

Duties:

Manage commercial mortgage foreclosure cases from start to finish.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and court documents.

Maintain a litigation caseload, ensuring compliance with all deadlines.

Represent clients in court, including trials and hearings.

Collaborate with legal teams to deliver high-quality services.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing case updates and consultations.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Admission to the New Jersey and/or New York State Bar.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure litigation.

Strong analytical, research, and writing capabilities.

Proven ability to manage litigation from inception to trial.

Independent worker with excellent organizational skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to New Jersey and/or New York State Bar.
