Job DescriptionOur client is a family-owned Commercial/Industrial painting Contractor that has been in business for over 45 years! They are data-driven and technology forward, a well-known company with a high-level customer service rating and long-term clients. They are looking for driven, motivated, energetic, positive individuals to join their tight-knit team!Position: Project Manager As a Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of customer projects, from planning and startup through field team coordination and financial analysis. Reporting to the Senior Estimator/Director of Operations, you'll work with direct reports such as Foremen and coordinate with Project Coordinators to ensure successful project execution. This role also serves as a subject matter expert on large-scale projects, collaborating with management to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the startup, execution, and financial analysis of commercial/industrial painting projects
- Order materials and equipment, interact with field teams, and track project progress
- Collaborate with the Management Team to manage projects for general contractors and large clients
- Use your expertise to drive project success on high-scale assignments
- Conduct project meetings, huddles, and utilize scheduling, estimating, and project management software
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial/industrial paint
- Experience with budgets, financial analysis, production scheduling, and estimating
- Proficient in project management and estimating software
- Highly driven, motivated, energetic, and positive; team-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $72,500 - $90,000 (with potential for commission based on experience)
