Commercial insurance account coordinator - Randstad : Job Details

You will be set up for success with thoughtful, extensive onsite training. After 4-6 weeks of training, you will be set up to work onsite 3 days (Tues/Wed/Thurs) a week with other eager, new-to-the-company professional colleagues as well as interacting with Senior Leadership. After you are well established you may choose to work remotely 2 days a week. • Attend paid classroom training onsite to learn multiple layers, facets, and depths of insurance offerings; specifically focusing on the Commercial Certificate of Insurance, Licensing, or Account Management Coordinator
  • Take good notes, ask questions, and participate in training activities
• Drive timely and accurate processing of complex documents for the Commercial Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Licensing. There are a variety of analytical and operational activities to be performed that include the following:
  • Pull data from multiple databases and utilize Excel (calculations, pivot tables, formulas) to summarize the information
  • Manage a portfolio of multiple clients that are at different stages within the Insurance Renewal Process
  • Oversee and record client and carrier communication within Sharepoint
  • Prepare client-specific reports
• Build and maintain cohesive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as the point of contact for your client portfolio
