Utilize troubleshooting skills to install, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. - Collaborate with customers to provide effective service solutions for their equipment, including gas, electric, and steam systems. - Order and install replacement parts in customer equipment, coordinating with the parts department. - Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call duties.
