Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in integrating and optimizing banking systems, creating workflows, and delivering actionable insights through reporting. This position focuses on supporting core processing product implementation, workflow creation, and reporting functions without requiring a technical coding background.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team to assess and implement core banking solutions, such as Power BI, LaserPro, and credit software, while ensuring seamless workflows and role creation.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration and Integration:
- Assist in the integration of new core processing systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems align with business needs and workflows.
- Create and manage user roles for banking systems.
Workflow Creation:
- Work with credit officers to design and implement workflows within credit software.
- Develop processes for new loan products
Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and maintain Power BI reports to deliver actionable business insights.
- Support management with customized data reports and dashboards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between the management team and system providers to evaluate capabilities and ensure suitability.
- Provide system-related support and insights to the CFO and other team members.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with banking systems and software (e.g., Finastra Phoenix, LaserPro, nCino, or similar) preferred
- Strong understanding of workflow creation within credit or financial software.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into system functionality.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and their integrations.
- Experience with state-specific loan products or workflows.
- Ability to work onsite with the potential for hybrid arrangements.
