Job Description :
-Maintain working knowledge of the Bank's commercial loan products, services, policies and procedures-Build and maintain loan files in the Bank's loan origination system for the life cycle of the loan-Assist in collecting necessary documents on new and existing clients to meet both CIP and beneficial ownership requirements including reviewing entity operating agreements, bylaws, etc.-Assist in requesting client financial information and deliver to the appropriate teams -Order title commitments/appraisals for real estate loans and have an understanding of what they reveal -Review file documentation and proactively identify and resolve any issues before submission-Collect information needed by the lender, credit underwriting, or other teams within the bank and contact clients about sensitive matters, including overdrafts and past due payments-Communicate extensively with multiple third parties including attorney's, CPA's and title companies in a professional manner -Monitor the phone lines of multiple lenders effectively, speaking courteously to clients, third parties, and business owners. Deliver messages to lenders and other team members and handle client requests in a timely manner -Monitor borrowing base certificates, construction draws, documentation exceptions -Prepare monthly reports for lenders to accurately reflect the status of the loans within their portfolio-Exercise good judgement to discern and prioritize completion of tasks-Complete all tasks and training before deadlines-Learn and comply with all established CFSB policies, procedures, and standards-Perform other duties as requested by Team LeaderPM22Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
