Job Posting: Commercial Account Manager

We're looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit team going into the new year. This role is ideal for someone skilled in managing client relationships, providing excellent service, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
• Provide exceptional service to address client needs and inquiries
• Actively manage renewals and policy changes to ensure satisfaction
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Assist in developing new business through referrals and networking
• Partner with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of general commercial lines
• Hold a valid Property & Casualty State Insurance License
• Full confidence in servicing and managing a book of business - answering client questions, marketing, renewals, policy changes, etc.
• Client facing position - strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with EPIC is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
