Commercial Litigation Associate - NYC

Our client, a mid-size real estate firm based in New York City, is seeking a commercial litigation associate.

Qualified attorneys will have 4+ years of commercial litigation experience including some experience in the following areas:

• Complex real estate matters
• Construction litigation
• Handling various aspects of litigation, including negotiating and drafting contracts, sale of rights agreements, leases and property transfer documents

The salary range for this position is between $220,000 - $235,000, and will be determined based on a variety of factors.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience handling sophisticated real estate matters is required
• Knowledge of New York City and State Court practice and procedure
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment
• JD from an accredited law school is required
• NY State bar admission required
