We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a boutique firm in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and be able to handle complex legal matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and financial litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide clients with strategic legal advice and counsel.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience at a law firm in commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
