Commercial Litigation Associate - LHH : Job Details

We are working with a strong regional firm in North Jersey seeking a junior commercial litigation associate. This is not a stagnant, this is the way we've always done it kind of firm. They do sophisticated work, don't have billables, and are very tech-forward.

Other things to note:

• 3 days a week in office
• Looking for 2-4 years of experience. The role will entail lots of drafting of pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and growing into taking/defending deps, appearing in court, and oral arguments.
• NJ bar is required, as are good grades from top law schools

Salary $140-155k.
