JOB SUMMARY:
Primary servicing contact for internal/external customer inquiries regarding Commercial (CML) loans with assigned authorities to facilitate and aid the position. Assist department Supervisor and staff in the course of daily functions when requested. Perform functions common to Loan Servicing.
DUTIES: (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Primary contact for external customer inquiries regarding existing Commercial loans
- Assist customers and perform functions for problem resolution
- New loan setup for CML loans
- Assists the Commercial Loan Administration Manager with the CML loan pipeline to assure that all loans are processed in accordance with established processing guidelines.
- Assists with support and training to the back-up CML staff
- Monitor and Report on Missing Documentation for CML loans
- General maintenance of existing CML loans. Maintenance may include:
- LOC Availability
- Rate and Payment Modifications
- Construction Loan Rollovers
- Insurance Binder Tracking/work with MINITER (vendor)
- Complete Payoff Quotes for all Loan types
- Modification of existing CML loans
- Commercial Line of Credit Transfers
- Commercial Construction Loan Disbursements
- Participation Payment Processing
- Process UCC Changes/Continuations/Terminations
- Maintain inventory list of collateral held for CML loans
- Complete Monthly Reports specific to CML loans including, but not limited to:
- SBA Reporting
- Participation Loan Reporting
- UCC Continuations
- Marketable Securities Tracking
- Non-accrual loan reporting
- CRA Reporting
- Perform escrow duties related to tax payments work with Corelogic (Vendor)
- Perform other similar duties as required or requested by Manager
- Perform Quality control on New loans when setting up on the system
- Accept, Prepare and Enter Wire Transfer requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Above average knowledge of existing CORE system (Cleartouch), but will train the right candidate.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Above average knowledge of Commercial Servicing (we will train the right candidate)
- Advanced accounting knowledge (we will train the right candidate)
- Familiar with Banks Nautilus System
