WHAT WE NEED

• PL01 license in Washington
• Experience in commercial plumbing
• Ability to work on prevailing wage jobs
• Knowledge of UPC for application in both Washington and Idaho
• Working knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Capable of supervising and training apprentices
• Ability to complete projects without direct supervision
• Ability to climb ladders, carry heavy equipment and material, crouch, kneel, bend at knees and hips, and lift items above your head

Possessing these skills is ideal:

• PL01 license in Washington and Journeyman license in Idaho
• 5+ years of experience

WHAT YOU DO

Your schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

While working as a Commercial Plumbing Specialist, you are at the forefront of completing new build and remodel plumbing projects in the commercial sector. This role extends beyond plumbing work - you oversee and train apprentices and helpers, ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities include monitoring project progress, maintaining thorough job documentation, and upholding contractual and safety compliance standards. Additionally, your expertise and leadership are crucial for delivering top-notch results to our clients.
