Position: Commercial Property Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC (hybrid)

Experience: Commercial property management experience required

Education: RPA, BOMA, or CPM certification preferred

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (overtime as needed)

Greene Resources is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Maintain and update service contracts and bids in electronic files
• Respond to commercial property repair requests from tenants, leasing agents, inspections, and vendors
• Provide excellent customer prompt and efficient responses
• Inspect properties and review quarterly reports to dispatch items
• Daily coordinate work with Maintenance Technicians
• Approve and prepare maintenance work orders, ensuring proper dispatch and follow-up
• Review weekly batches of work orders for accuracy
• Maintain vendor data and correspond with vendors and contractors
• Coordinate services with outside vendors for projects
