This role will require out of state traveling for property visits on a monthly or quarterly basis. Salary Range is between $95k-$115k. Retail Property Management and currently overseeing retail properties is required.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Retail Property Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of retail properties in the Denver, Idaho, and Portland markets. This role will require the ability to handle multiple properties, coordinate leasing efforts, manage tenant relations, ensure property maintenance, and optimize the financial performance of each retail asset. The position involves regular out of state travel to the various properties on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management & Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of retail properties across multiple locations, ensuring each property is well-maintained and operating efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact for property-related issues, resolving tenant concerns promptly.

Tenant Relations & Lease Administration:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail tenants, addressing their needs, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements. Handle lease renewals, rent collections, and tenant communications.

Financial Oversight & Budgeting:

• Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor operating expenses, and ensure the financial performance of each property meets company goals. Review and analyze monthly financial reports to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail property management or commercial real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel monthly or quarterly to properties in Denver, Idaho, and Portland.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, or Angus)
