Our client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lease transactionsfor both landlords and tenants, including retail, industrial and office properties of all sizes.Location flexible - Uniondale or New York City.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diligently and efficiently drafting sophisticated leases in a fast-paced environment
• Providing legal support to the team for all lease/leasing related matters including lease modifications and amendments
• Assist with the preparation and negotiation of commercial lease agreements, amendments, subleases and assignments

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Hybrid Hours

Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely
