The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of sophisticated commercial dirt real estate transactional experience: acquisitions/dispositions, financing, leasing, development, joint ventures;
• Strong academic credentials and communication/writing skills;
• Self-starter and team player mentality;
• Admission to New York Bar required.
