Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate/Corporate Associate or Counsel with 5-10 years of experience to join our Client's dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate and corporate matters.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate law, with substantial focus on commercial leasing and corporate real estate matters.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.

    • Base Salary Range: $180k to $275k plus bonus. Base Salary Range for Senior Associates above 8 years and Counsel will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
