The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions. You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, performing legal research, and assisting with closings. - Prepare and review various legal documents such as leases, contracts, and purchase agreements.
- Perform legal research and due diligence to support transactions.

- Utilize deed plotter software to prepare and review legal descriptions of properties.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties to gather information and resolve issues.
- Maintain organized files and records of all transactions and legal documents.
- Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to commercial real estate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the commercial real estate sector.
- Proficiency in deed plotter software or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and legal terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Paralegal certification or equivalent education preferred.
