Hybrid - schedule depends upon candidate

Salary Range: $76K - $180K + Benefits pending what you bring to the table

5+ to 7 years experience

Our client, an Am 100 law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for their New York or New Jersey offices. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in all facets of commercial real estate, including title and survey reviews, transactions involving purchases, sales, financings, and leasing. Applicants must be highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively, and able to work well within a team.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
• A college degree and/or a paralegal certificate
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, are necessary for consideration

Hybrid schedule

Salary based on experience plus bonus
