Commercial Superintendent - Nashville - Oscar : Job Details

One of the largest General Contractors in the Southeast is hiring for a Lead Superintendent in their Nashville office.

This GC has a strong reputation for delivering quality construction projects and specializes in ground up construction as well as rennovation work.

The Superintendent role includes direct supervision of Assistants, Foremen, subcontractors etc. The Superintendent is responsible for directing personnel in the planning, coordination, and execution of work on time and within budget, while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

• Provide on-site supervision and management of all construction activities.
• Direct and coordinate the efforts of construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients, employees, and subcontractors.

• 8 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Proficient in scheduling software such as Suretrak or MS Project.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a variety of weather conditions.
