Pay: Hours:Position Summary As a Commercial Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for working as a team with a Field Sales Representatives to continue development of relationships with an assigned customer base, as well as potential prospective customers Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base; by working closely to better understand their business profile and ensuring we are operating to meet their expectations
- Provide customer support with coordination of proposals, analytics, KPI's & presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers in your customer base, working as a team with your assigned field sales representative
- Team with your field sales representatives to build pipelines and generate revenue towards group and overall KAG goals and objectives
- Work within the Customer Support Team to review cross-over opportunities, assign follow up action items and to grow the business
- Develop relationship with KAG's operating team within the division you are assigned, develop an understanding of the capabilities KAG offers
- Deliver training and education of our customer focused portal, KAG Trip focus
- Source new opportunities by researching accounts, developing warm leads by calling on prospective customers and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales and operation representatives for review and closure
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers, start to finish
- Capture and maintain all sales related activity in a CRM for accurate reporting
- Provide Sr. Leadership level reporting on sales activity and pipeline health in accordance with division and KAG goals and objectives.
- 10% travel with commercial field sales reps to attend meetings, conferences, etc.
QualificationsQualifications
- Minimum of 2-years customer-facing role, transportation and/or logistics experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal (with examples).
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 platform and products
- Experience working with a CRM or other customer relationship software program
