Job DescriptionLOCATION: Work onsite in New York, NY WORK TYPE: Hybrid remote and onsite (3 days office, 2 days remote) OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dynamic Associate to join our team, focusing on internal communications and digital/social support. This role will play a vital part in activating our internal communications program and engaging with our audience across digital platforms. THE CHALLENGE: Internal Communications:

• Help develop and disseminate internal communications that promote Sportradar initiatives and foster a cohesive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share important company updates, success stories, and employee achievements via different channels.
• Help to organize/facilitate corporate townhalls.
• Assist in organizing and promoting internal events, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication strategies, making recommendations for improvement.

Digital & Social Support:

• Support the management of Sportradar's digital presence, including content creation.
• Assist in the execution of social media strategies, creating engaging content for various platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze social media metrics and internal stakeholder feedback to inform future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends and best practices, providing insights to improve our online engagement.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Range: $65K - $75K Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
