Job Description:

Happy Egg is seeking a talented Communications Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will build and manage our consumer email communication strategy (CRM), drive public relations initiatives, and develop internal corporate communications. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in CRM systems, experience with PR strategy, and a passion for connecting with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Consumer Email Communication (CRM)

• Develop and execute email campaigns to engage, inform and grow Happy Egg's consumer base
• Manage CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) to analyze performance and optimize email communication strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce compelling email content

Public Relations

• Craft and implement press releases to build brand awareness and strengthen our public image
• Support Crisis Communications situations to ensure our brand reputation is protected and we handle these situations with the utmost integrity
• Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and partners to share the Happy Egg story.
• Manage press releases, media kits, and communication materials

Internal Corporate Communications

• Design and execute communication materials to inform employees across states and locations
• Work closely with leadership to share company updates, vision, and culture initiatives
• Partner with HR on ways to connect employees in various locations
• Support messaging for team events, company rhythms and internal announcements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM content management, public relations or a related role.
• Proficiency in HubSpot for email marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences
