Job Overview:

Qualifications:
Required:
* High school graduate,
* Customer Service experience preferred
* Ability to operate a PC proficiently
* Must be able to work alone
* Must be flexible
* Command of the English language
Preferred:
* Bilingual a plus
Scheduling Requirements:
* This position will have a flexible schedule posted in advance
* Per Diem
* Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including day/evening/overnight
* Holiday rotation
* Weekend rotation
Essential Functions:
* Communications Operator for two facilities: Community Medical Center and Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Answering incoming call
* Transferring calls to appropriate departments
* Assisting with outgoing calls, providing information
* Making overhead announcements, following procedures for emergency alerts.
* The Communications Operators are Essential Personnel and provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including holidays.
