We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications Representative to support our brands communication initiatives and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, and the media. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who has a passion for effective communication, enjoys working in a team environment, and is looking to grow within the industry.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

• Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other public communications.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of internal and external communication strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive and strategic brand messaging.
• Respond to media inquiries and help build relationships with journalists and industry influencers.
• Conduct research on industry trends to stay informed on best practices in communications.
• Support event planning and execution, including handling logistics and drafting event materials.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns, suggesting improvements when needed.
• Maintain an organized archive of media mentions, press releases, and communication materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new communication trends and tools.
