What are my responsibilities?

* Manage the social media calendar, creating and scheduling posts across all approved platforms to support overall strategy and campaigns. Review and update submitted content to ensure it meets brand standards. Utilize creativity, best practices and the latest trends to ensure the organization remains relevant while being positively represented.

* Capture and edit photos and videos to create engaging and impactful content for social media and web. Support the creation of internal print and digital materials using the department's collateral tracking system.

* Collaborate with Hillcrest communities on content for quarterly newsletters. Use design templates to format information and photos. Update monthly calendar templates and edit submitted content. Print and coordinate distribution.

* Make weekly updates to the internal intranet to highlight team members, share upcoming events, etc., and support updates on company websites as needed.

* Utilize the project management system to schedule, coordinate and complete projects in concert with other marketing team members.

What do I need to be considered?

* STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).

* Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.

* At least one year of experience with writing and social media required.

* At least one year of experience with graphic design and video production preferred.
