This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, along with values, throughout the employee and contract personnel. Exceptional communication and organization skills are required to coordinate production activities with internal construction, completions, drilling, and external contract activities. Work closely with Construction personnel to execute projects as well as maintenance of existing infrastructure (facilities & pipelines). Goal is to ensure safe, clean, responsible overall operations to support the successful business model.The Superintendent will work with governmental agencies to comply with state and local regulations and local land owners to maintain Marathon's reputation as a Safe, Clean and Responsible operator. Provide leadership and direction for all employees and contractors working within the production operation. Manage relationships with contractors to achieve safe and cost-effective operations.
