Assists with program implementation, customer service, administrative tasks, and facility upkeep as required. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the direct supervision of the Community Center Liaison Lead I.SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Serves as a lead worker in program activities as required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with the implementation of recreational programs for adults, youth, and the disabled.Provides excellent customer service to community center patrons.Assists with the registration and intake of program participants. Monitors and supervises program activities as needed. Assists with the upkeep of community center facilities as required.Performs administrative tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and filing.Assist with special events and projects as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

They have immediate access to the full amount selected while paying back that amount with pre-tax payroll deductions over the following year.City of Flint eligible employees also participate in an HCSP plan for future retiree health care costs.
