Description:Piedmont Athens Community Relations Dept.Full time variable scheduleRESPONSIBLE FOR: Responsible for coordinating and directing Piedmont Athens Regional health promotion and health maintenance services for the geriatric/pediatric population as well as the Business/Industrial area in the Athens community.Ideal candidates would possess the following:This RN position will teach community health education classes, organize and facilitate wellness screenings and coaching, and give flu shots.The position is full-time and does require some early morning, late night, and weekend work.Need to be comfortable instructing groups (of all ages) and individuals.You will be part of a six member team and must be a strong team player willing to help when needed.There will be a focus on increasing our workplace wellness education programs.Qualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Graduate of a nursing program.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Three years in nursing and/or education required.MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:Current license in the state of Georgia as a Registered Nurse.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:None
