Essential Job Duties:

Resident Engagement and Customer Service:

  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

  • Respond to resident inquiries, comments, and feedback, providing excellent customer service at every touch point.

  • Organize and execute events to boost resident engagement and community spirit.

  • Conduct engaging tours and manage prompt lease signings to ensure a smooth move-in experience.

Community Operations:

  • Inspect new resident's homes to guarantee a positive move-in experience.

  • Perform regular inspections, assign maintenance tasks, and report major issues.

  • Walk property grounds to ensure the highest levels of curb appeal.

  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to execute leasing strategies.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Review the accuracy of all resident accounts, initiate and manage legal actions when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate resident records.

  • Assist in preparing monthly reports.

Compliance:

  • Adheres to federal and state Fair Housing Laws as well as all company policies.
