Full Time (64 hours/2 weeks) hours will vary

Part Time (18 hours/2 weeks) 5:00pm-8:00pm/1:00pm-7:30pm

- Lead group activities and one to one interactions- Ability to assess resident abilities and adapt activities to resident participation- Complete daily activity participation records- Computer skills required- Every other weekend/holiday rotation- ND CNA Must be obtained within 6 months of hire for all WILLOW LANE positions.
