What we require:
  • Minimum 2 years multi-family experience.
  • SC Property Manager License required.
  • High energy personality with focus on great resident service.
  • Ability to motivate and train a team on all aspects of their position including leasing, marketing, and collections.
  • Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.
  • Experience with Entrata is preferred.
What you are expected to provide:
  • Operating the property within the financial guidelines, i.e. the budget, established by the Regional Manager and the Owner.
  • Achieving occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs.
  • Achieving delinquency standards weekly/monthly.
  • Conducting daily physical inspections of the property
  • Supervising the office and maintenance staff.
  • Obtaining Regional Manager approval for expenses outside the budgeted guidelines.
  • Conducting final interviews and hiring of all property employees under the direction of the Regional Manager.
  • Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude, always, for yourself and all property employees.
  • Leasing of the property by ensuring through supervision of the office and leasing personnel.
  • Ensuring that all personnel respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Ensuring that personnel in all departments operate within OSHA and EPA standards as well as follow all Fair Housing regulations.
  • Ensuring required reports are completed and submitted when due.
