The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with customers. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HOA Community management.
Job Requirements:
· Excellent technology skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
· Preferred knowledge/experience with Vantaca Software
· Professionally respond to all customer & vendor requests
· Detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, engaging, team player and fast learner
· Ability to cross train and help in other areas as needed
· This position requires a high level of confidence
· Real estate background helpful, but not required
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage a variety of residential communities
· Communicate with Board of Directors
· Schedule and attend community meetings
· Manage all facets of common areas within communities
· Quickly becoming proficient with HOA Management software
· Processing vendor invoices
· Prepare accurate community budgets
· Review HOA Financials
· Build a trusted relationship with vendors
· Cross coverage for accounting team as needed
· Support other Community Managers, when needed
· Answer homeowner phone calls on a regular basis
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· 1+ years' in property management, real estate or property development
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
