The OpportunityGood Inside is looking for a strategically-minded, exceptionally organized Product Manager, Community to help us continue to build our membership community, ensuring that no parent ever feels alone in their journey with Good Inside. This role will report to the Head of Product. This is a hybrid role in Manhattan with three days a week onsite. What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Develop and refine the community vision and product strategy for Good Inside, helping all of our members feel less alone in their parenting journey.
  • Contribute to the overall product roadmap by creating and maintaining a prioritized community roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term goals, features, and milestones.
  • Support our community forum manager by becoming the in-house Circle product expert (Circle is a community forum platform)
  • Collaborate with the core mobile product and engineering team to conceptualize and implement features and enhancements that infuse a sense of community through key parts of the user journey.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product decisions.
  • Consistently monitor community feedback and sentiment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience.

What We're Looking For in You
  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in building communities for products
  • You have 3+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience leading product initiatives, driving product strategy, and managing cross-functional teams
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels within the organization
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
What We Offer
  • Compensation transparency range of $130,000 - $150,000 annually + company equity
