Community Property Manager - Monte Christo Communities : Job Details

• Oversee on-site operations of two Mobile Home / RV Communities in the greater Ashland area, sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
• Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
• Assist in the marketing, showing, and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
• Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
• Collect rent, ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
• Enforce rules & regulations of community
• Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
• Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
• Clean laundry rooms
• Regular site walks, picking up trash and debris

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of office/administrative experience
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay rate: $18-20/hour DOE
