Role Description

We are seeking a Community Support Advocate to join our team in Jackson. This full-time, on-site role involves providing compassionate, person-centered coaching and guidance to clients and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Training clients in effectively utilizing personal and community resources.
• Offering encouragement and support during crisis situations.
• Collaborating with other service providers, family members, and important individuals in the client's recovery journey.
• Completing concise progress notes for each session while adhering to confidentiality rules.
• Participating in staff training and maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications
