Are you interested in helping individuals get involved in their community, maximize their independence, and prioritize their wellness? Then we want you to join our Community Supported Living team! The Community Supported Living Caregiver provides individualized support, problem solving, companionship, and guidance to individuals in their homes. They help promote an individual's independence in a home of their choice with supports of their choice and a lifestyle of their choice. This is a part-time opportunity between 10 - 15 hours a week. Hours are anticipated to be between Monday through Friday.
