We have full-time and per-diem schedule options. Full-time schedules include Monday to Friday shifts: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. These options allow you to balance your work with your personal life while making a meaningful impact.

ARE YOU THE COMMUNITY SUPPORTER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. At least one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is also a plus!
AVERAGE DAY AS A COMMUNITY SUPPORTER
As a Community Supporter, your day will be filled with planning and coordinating a variety of fun and engaging activities, both indoors and outdoors. You'll develop strategies to maximize the use of our playgrounds, gym, tree house, sensory room, and other facilities. You'll keep a detailed calendar of events and ensure that our summer schedules are well-organized. By obtaining and maintaining certifications for Lifeguard, Pool Operator, and Special Olympics coach, you'll ensure the safety and enjoyment of our residents. Your role is all about creating a supportive and vibrant environment for adults with developmental disabilities.
