The Companion Observer is a staff member trained to provide supportive care to patients who need 1:1 observation for safety. The Companion Observer assures safety by constant observation and assists with providing a therapeutic care environment. Must be present for mandatory orientation taking place January 6th & 7th 2025 PAY SCALE: $17-$21.58 - The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the jobs compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. High School Diploma or GED; it is preferred that the candidate is enrolled in college, preferably with a nursing or other healthcare major. 6 months of previous work experience in a customer service or health care setting preferred.
